NEW GENERATION OF WATER-SOLUBLE METAL WORKING FLUID

Water-soluble metal working fluid for all cutting operations. The new bio-balanced concept allows a nearly unlimited sump-life on the microbiological aspect and no addition of bactericides and fungicides are necessary. Through the usage of a new special developed anti foaming system this water-soluble metal working fluid is especially suited for the application where the water hardness is low or very low. STABILLO CUT VP 1 SW is free of secondary amines, secondary amines releaser, nitrit, nitrit releaser, organic chlor compounds, formaldehyde, formaldehyde releaser, PCB, PCT, PTBB and heavy metals.

STABILLO CUT VP 1 SW is a universal product for all cutting operations such as: Milling, Drilling, Turning, etc. for all materials.

Biostatic, water-soluble high performance water-soluble cutting oil without Chlor, Nitrite and Mineral Oil. STABILLO CUT 003 is very low on foam, therefore making it excellent for deep hole drilling with high emulsion pressures.

STABILLO CUT 003 is a high-tech water-soluble cutting oil with (synergistic) working high-pressure additives for difficult work done on Aluminium, Steel and non-ferrous metals. It is excellently suited for cutting, drilling, turning, milling, thread cutting, reaming (Maple-reamer), broaching.

Biostatic, water-soluble high performance water-soluble coolants without Chlor, Nitrit and Mineral Oil. STABILLO COOL TM 005 is very low on foam, has excellent lubricity and is user friendly.

Application: STABILLO COOL TM 005 is a high-tech water soluble tube mill coolant with synergistic additives to reduce wear on forming rolls to a minimum. It has excellent anti-corrosion properties and a pleasant odour.

Mixing Ratio: 4 - 5 % Maximum 2-4 % when topping up emulsion.

SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE WATER-SOLUBLE METAL WORKING FLUID

STABILLO CUT 800 is a universal purpose, water-soluble cutting oil for all metalwork. STABILLO CUT 800 is easy maintained water-soluble oil. This product shows good stability in water from most municipal water suppliers. It forms a stable white emulsion with excellent anticorrosion properties, when added to water.

It does not contain bactecide; therefore, additional care should be taken to ensure good housekeeping and emulsion maintenance practices, in order to prolong the life of the coolant.

STABILLO CUT 800 must be added to the water whilst stirring . When topping up do not add the concentrate to the emulsion!! Only add to a pre-mixture of 1-2% emulsion.
