VULCOWAY SLIDE WAY OILS are based on a series of newly developed high performance oils for the lubrication of slide ways and guides on tool making machines. These oils are also very suited as multi purpose oils on the tool making machines such as gearboxes, bearings and hydraulic systems.

VULCOWAY SLIDE WAY OILS shows unique properties:

• very good oxidation stability, high working corrosion protection, a good adhesive ability, also on vertical guides.
• an exceptional low friction coefficient, very good slide behaviour with different material pairing, no stick-slip.
• a high lubricant ability and a very good demulsifiable function with all water soluble oils.

Due to the entire separation of VULCOWAY SLIDE WAY OILS and the emulsion during stand still phases, the slide way oil can easily be removed from the water-soluble oil. VULCOWAY SLIDE WAY OILS do not attack plastic covered slide ways. VULCOWAY SLIDE WAY OILS are compatible with all mineral oil resistant seal materials, as well as non-ferrous metals and varnish coats.
