LTHIUM CALCIUM EP GREASE is a tenacious extreme pressure, lithium calcium grease giving excellent water repelling properties and in combination with a high viscosity base oil, enhances lubricity and load carrying capacity.

LITHIUM CALCIUM EP GREASE has been specially developed for applications where the combination of heavy loads, slow speeds and water washout exclude the use of conventional products. These conditions exist in heavy industries such as steel and paper mills, cement works and quarries.

LITHIM CALCIUM EP GREASE is recommended for the lubrication of heavily loaded slow running plain ball and roller bearings. Because of the heavy base oil, this product is not to be recommended properties for high speed applications as the internal friction within the lubricant film can cause undesirable temperature increases bearings in rolling mils, conveyors, bridges and crushers are examples of suitable applications.

LITHIUM CALCIUM COMPLEX EP GREASE is a multi-purpose lead free lithium complex grease, with excellent high temperature performance and excellent water properties. Good fretting corrosion performance, low water washout and good protection against bearing corrosion, combined with excellent mechanical stability and load-carrying capability makes it ideal multi-purpose grease.

LITHIUM CALCIUM COMPLEX EP GREASE consistently gives excellent high temperature performance and a wide operating temperature field from –20°C to +150°C.

This product is suitable for all grease application's. It is especially suitable for grease-lubricated bearings at low and high speeds and is particular recommended for electric motors and anti friction bearings.
