VULCOLUBE HLP:

Releases water and air quick and completely. Thanks to the natural high viscosity index (VI), the viscosity / temperature characteristics are excellent. The thermal- and mechanical load carrying capabilities are very good. The wear reducing performance is especially good and the pour points are in comparison to the ISO Grade very low. Oils are neutral to all mineral oil resistant seal materials.

VULCOLUBE HLP Meets and exceeds all specification to DIN 51524Part 2, DIN 51517 Part 3, ISO 6743/4, and VDMA 24318. VULCOLUBE HLP oils confirm to the oil cleanliness class of the ISO 4406 using a 5-µm filter. The class is maximum 13/10.

HYRA-CELL PUMPS HYDRAULIC OIL

Vulcolube Hydrasynth 15W/50 is a specially formulated oil for use in Hydra-Cell Pumps to withstand severe and constant pressure and temperature changes.

Vulcolube Hydrasynth 15W/50 is a blend of synthesized hydrocarbons and synthetic esters that provide pure chemicals which do not contain the impurities or waxes inherent in conventional mineral oils. It provides a heavier, more stable protective oil film for bearings and pistons than is provided by similar SAE-grade mineral oils. Vulcolube Hydrasynth 15W/50 reduces wear, withstands extreme temperature changes, improves pump performance, extends pump life, maintains consistent viscosity and withstands extreme pressures.

 Vulcolube HLP ZINK FREE
ZINK FREE PREMIUM GRADE HYDRAULIC OIL

Vulcolube HLP ZF are sulfur/phosphorus formulated high quality and multi purpose industry oils on the basics first class paraffinic base oils.

 Vulcosafe HFC 7000
NON-FLAMMABLE SAFETY HYDRAULIC OIL

STRUB VULCOSAFE HFC 7000 is an environmental safe, water-glycol based, fire resistant hydraulic fluid. Recommended to be used for hydraulic systems involving risks of fire.

STRUB VULCOSAFE HFC 7000 is based on a polyglycol-water solution offering superior corrosion protective characteristics. The above product is a chemical stable, hydrocarbon free solution, not causing any residual problems. The viscosity-temperature balance is superior to those of mineral oil containing fluids. Due to the superior specific heat and heat transfer characteristics, the optimal operating temperature using STRUB VULCOSAFE HFC 7000 is between +30°C to +60°C. As a result, of the fact that the product contains water, we recommend a maximum operating tank temperature of 65°C. The hydraulic systems, in which our product is used, should be free of any local heat- sources. Local significant temperature increases, cause development of vapour resulting in cavitation wear.

STRUB VULCOSAFE HFC 7000 is fully compatible with most commercial available water-glycol based fire resistant hydraulic fluids. The above product (is available on special request) with additives, to further reduce wear especially on pumps and cylinders.

STRUB VULCOSAFE HFC 7000 is not compatible with Leather, Polyurethane based materials, Zinc, Cadmium, Lead, Magnesium, Polyurethane rubber and common industrial paints.
