VULCOMP VDL RC oils are recommended for all reciprocating type air compressors and air vacuum pumps in which an oil of a certain specification / ISO grade is required. When selecting oil, it is important to use the viscosity grade that is given by the manufacturers For screw and piston compressors, e.g. the manufacturers Aerzener, Alup, Atlas Copco, Balke-Dürr, Bauer, Becker, Blitz M Schneider, Boge, Brätsch, Busch, Chiron, Compair, Fezer, Flottmann, Ganslmeir, Goldmann, Grassel, Haar, Hatlapa, Hedrich, Ingersoll-Rand, Irmer & Elze, Junkers, Kaeser, Knorr, Leobersdorfer, Leybold-Heraeus, Linde, Mahle, Man-Ghh, Mannesmann Demag Pokorny, Mehrer, J.L. Meyer, Ochsner, Claudius Peters, Rietschle, Sauer, Sulzer-Burckhardt, Uraca, Walther, Wepuko, Worthington.

For certain types of compressors HLP, Turbine or motor oils can be used. Please check the manufacturer's recommendation.

VULCOMP VDL RC oils are produced from specially selected and highly refined mineral oils with special additives against oxidation and corrosion. These compressor oils have an excellent ageing stability coupled with low carbon-forming tendencies. VULCOMP VDL RC oils are particularly suitable for compressors with high air-delivery temperatures up to 220°C, where oils of inferior quality would quickly deteriorate.

SYNTHETIC COMPRESSOR OIL

VULCOMP SYNT is a range of fully synthetic compressor oils. Specially designed for reciprocating, screw and rotary-vane compressors and turbines.

SYNTHETIC COMPRESSOR OIL

VULCOMP OAP is a range of the highest quality of Synthetic Compressor Oils available. They are designed for hard working air compressors with oil lubricated pressure areas like Screw Compressors and Rotary Compressors with oil injected cooling. VULCOMP OAP's are based on Synthetic base oils and contain special additives of the newest technology.

Characteristics:

• Less oil consumption in comparison to mineral oils.
• Better wear protection at all working conditions.
• Reliable corrosion protection when the machine is not running, even at high humidity levels.

HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPRESSOR OIL

VULCOMP HC 2000 is a high performance compressor oil. Specially designed for reciprocating, screw and rotary-vane compressors (especially for the Hydrovane Rotary Vane Compressors with 2000 hours oil change interval) and turbines.
