SYNTHETIC CHAIN OIL

VULCOCHAIN 3200 HTC is a fully synthetic high temperature chain lubricating oil. It is recommended for all chain applications or where chain oil is recommended for high temperatures.

VULCOCHAIN 3200 HTC oils are compatible with mineral chain oils. The compatibility with other synthetic chain oils should be cleared with the supplier. Chains lubricated with other mineral chain oils do not have to be cleaned before using VULCOCHAIN 3200 HC oil.

VULCOCHAIN 3200 HTC meets USDA-H2 specifications.

VULCOCHAIN 3200 HTC has the following properties:

• Has a high viscosity with excellent lubrication properties, as well as good wear properties.
• Have very good wetting capabilities and a high oxidation resistance.
• Has a string wide working temperature from - 25°C to + 280°C.

PART SYNTHETIC HIGH TECH CHAIN OIL

Applications: VULCOCHAIN 106 is developed for chain lubrication to penetrate the small areas, such as rollers, pins, bushes and side plates. This product penetrates deep into the smallest gaps and works very well to prevent wear. It also gives corrosion protection. It is also suited for Drive chains, Conveyor chains, rollers and nuts.

Characteristics: VULCOCHAIN 106 is a part synthetic high-tech lubricant with oxidation stability. It has outstanding corrosion protection properties as well as excellent lubrication and penetration properties.

 Chain Oil 500 UH
HIGH TEMPERATURE SYNTHETIC CHAIN OIL

Applications: Chain Oil FS 500 UH is a fully synthetic ultra-high temperature chain lubricating oil. It is recommended for all chain applications or where chain oil is recommended for very high temperatures up to 400°C in peaks.

Permanent temperature of 350°C over hours can be handled.

Chain Oil FS 500 UH has the following properties:

• Has a high viscosity with excellent lubrication properties, as well as good wear properties.
• Have very good wetting capabilities and a high oxidation resistance.
• Has a string wide working temperature from - 20°C to + 400°C.
