CS EP is top quality water-resistant grease. It is a modern; high-tech formulated grease for use in the industrial areas. CS EP, is the ideal lubrication grease for all types of bearings (plain, roller, ball, needle, etc) oven conveyor bearings, roll neck bearings, slides, kiln gears, pin and bush on draglines, cranes, loaders, pulleys, universal joints, track rollers, chains, pivots, scraper winches, mill stands and continuous casting rollers.

CS EP has a very high resistance to change in temperature. The drop point is above 300°. This product has excellent properties at high loads due to the high viscosity base oil and Calcium Sulphonate complex. It also offers excellent mechanical stability in roller bearings (all kinds of bearings) slide ways and joints. There is excellent oxidation and corrosion protection, also under the pressure of seawater. CS EP is especially suitable for the use in the Steel mill industry. It offers excellent water resistance even under the influence of a water jet, it still does not wash out. Also with 50% water the product, still retains its consistency. CS EP has an excellent load resistance, due to the performance of EP and anti-wear properties. The above product does not contain any heavy metals or any other substance, that are harmful to the environment (or to human health) Due to the high film strength of CS EP, the lubrication intervals are greatly extended as well as reducing maintenance and costs.
